Whilst at Mace, Mark led the delivery of one of The Crowns most ambitious redevelopments on Regent Street.

The project combined five existing buildings to create 170,000 sq ft of office and retail space. While the exterior maintains a historic facade, the interior is a modern, 6-story building with a unique, curved glass façade.
